All details will be given during the registration procedure, such as registration fee, post-forum study tours, accommodation booking or visa requirements will be offered to you during the registration procedure. A contingent of hotel rooms of different price levels were pre-reserved for WLF4 participants.

Regular registration fee includes:
- Participation in the Scientific Programme (Plenary and Technical Sessions & Exhibition)
- WLF4 Welcome Reception on Tuesday May 30, 2017
- WLF4 Forum Banquet on Wednesday May 31, 2017
- Lunches and coffee breaks
- 2 full color books published by Springer Nature: the book with papers from Theme 1 & another book to be selected from Themes 2 to 5
- Participation in the WLF4 Photo Contest and Exhibition
Student registration fee:
Student registration fee includes the same as regular registration fee without two printed books published by Springer Nature.

Student fee applies to:
- students who are active participants that had a valid student proof at the time of paper submission.
- students who are passive participants that have a valid student proof at the time of registration payment.

Important
- Payment should clearly state the participant’s name(s).
- All payments should have the notification WLF2017.
- For summary payment orders, please enclose a list of names.
- Payment or proof of payment should accompany the Registration Form.
- VAT (22%) is included in the Registration Fee.
CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
Your registration and all payments will be confirmed in writing on receipt of your Registration Form and payment or proof of payment.
Registrations and payments submitted to the WLF Registration after May 24, 2017 may not be confirmed in writing. Consequently, please bring a copy of the Registration Form as well as the proof of payment of your Registration Fee with you when you travel to Ljubljana.
Modifying your existing registration
If you are returning to view or modify an existing registration that you have already submitted, please click here and enter your Access key that was given to you when you first registered and also e-mailed to the e-mail address you specified.
CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
You are kindly requested to send any cancellations of registrations, which are to include your full bank account details, in writing to the WLF Registration, Cankarjev dom.
Please be advised that refunds will be issued after the Forum.
Please note that when a cancellation has been received:
– before January 31, 2017 payment will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of 50 EUR.
– between February 1 to March 30, 2017 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
We regret to inform you that when a cancellation has been received after and on April 1, 2017 payment will not be refunded.
CANCELLATION OF STUDY TOURS
All cancellations have to be sent in writing to WLF Secretariat.
For cancellations received before and on April 1, 2017, an administrative fee in the amount of 30 EUR will be charged to your credit card or applied toward the refund of payment made by bank transfer.
Cancellations received between April 2 and May 1, 2017 will be refunded 50%.
Cancellations received after May 1, 2017 are not refundable.
CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION BOOKING
All cancellations received before April 28, 2017 are non-chargeable. When a cancellation has been received from April 29, 2017, one night will be charged to your credit card. This is also valid for no-shows.

The organizers are willing to assist wherever possible with special requirements. Please contact the Registration Office – e-mail: registration@cd-cc.si.
Travel Insurance and Medical Service
The WLF4th Congress Organizing Committee will not be responsible for any accident or injury that may happen to the participants during the congress and the excursions. Therefore, participants are encouraged to buy personal travel insurance before leaving home.
The participants are responsible for his or her own cost of medical care. If you do not have the type of insurance that will cover the cost of any medical attention you may need while in Slovenia you may arrange for a short-term policy before leaving home. You should also be sure to bring an adequate amount of any medication you take regularly, and bring the prescriptions written in English for medications.
